Hesketh with Becconsall visit

Year 2 enjoyed a visit from our Governor, Tony Currie's school in Hesketh, Lancashire. The Year 5's stayed with us for the morning and enjoyed a reading session in our library. We loved sharing the story of 'Zog' by Julia Donaldson! The Year 5's also brought their favourite books to share with us. It was so lovely for the Year 2's to have such great role models to look up to. 

 

Thank you to all of the wonderful children and staff at Hesketh with Becconsall All Saints CofE Primary School.

 

We were also very impressed with our children at LIPA, who gave them such a warm welcome and behaved in an exemplary manner!
