Based in the centre of Liverpool, our school, sponsored by The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, opened in September 2014. We provide children with a broad and balanced curriculum and have a particular focus on the creative and performing arts. We currently have 620 children from Reception to Year 10.

The Assistant Headteacher, guided by the Head Teacher, will play a significant role in shaping and assessing behavioural policies and practices within the school community.
This involves staying updated on current trends in behaviour management and adjusting the school's approach accordingly.
They will focus on enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through effective behaviour management to cater to the needs of all students and especially those with special educational needs and other vulnerable individuals. Pastoral and Welfare Liaison Officer

appoint a Pastoral and Welfare Liaison Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent
basis.
You will work closely with our families to support them with challenges that they may be facing both inside and outside of school. You will act with persistence, confidence and creativity in order to engage our families to work with us in a collaborative and supportive way. This will include coordinating and delivering targeted tiered interventions, carry out preventive education and working closely with a wide range of external agencies such as Children’s Services and the Local Authority.
Acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will also work collaboratively with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to plan, deliver and review projects that improve outcomes for vulnerable students.

The Attendance and Admissions Officer will take an active role in helping the school raise achievement by improving school attendance and punctuality and to meet attendance targets. You will ensure school records are up-to-date and analyse attendance data, reporting to senior managers as necessary. You will make direct contact with families to help improve their attendance and make any referrals/ home visits as required. You will also work closely with school staff, pupils and parents to establish the reasons for non-attendances/poor punctuality agree a plan with appropriate strategies and timescales to tackle the issues.
You will also help with administration of the schools admissions process for entry and exit of pupils, manage the in-year waiting lists and monitor students' numbers to ensure the school PAN is met.

Exams and Data Administrator

The examinations and data administrator is responsible for the organisation and smooth running of both internal and external examinations. The administrator acts as the primary liaison between the school and external examination bodies. They will be familiar with the requirements and regulations placed on schools by both awarding bodies and the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), and will ensure that the school is compliant with these before, during, and after examination periods. You will also support the administrative, attendance and reception activities of the school, as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our schools support team.
Reporting to your Phase Lead, you will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning in our school, providing specialist support to the teacher in an aspect of the curriculum, age range or

The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 3 Qualification and GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English A*-C. You also need experience working with children in an educational setting and understand the needs of children in a primary school setting. The LIPA Multi-Academy Trust consists of the LIPA Sixth Form College and the LIPA School. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates team as an Estates Assistant/Caretaker. The post holder will be expected to perform a wide variety of facilities services across our sites, which are situated in close proximity to each other.
You will report to the Estates Manager and will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of school’s estates maintenance, ground maintenance, cleaning and security. This includes ensuring that our buildings, grounds, outlying premises, systems and services are well maintained, safe and secure.
Routine tasks include locking and unlocking the premises; facilitating emergency access and undertaking security checks, minor/simple repairs including redecorating, minor plumbing, changing light bulbs, unblocking drains, preventative planned maintenance, undertaking emergency cleaning, litter picking and portering (moving furniture, equipment and school resources) and associated duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of building maintenance in a caretaker / handyperson’s role or similar, or a background in one or more trades and/or very good DIY skills across the various disciplines. You will need an eye for detail and good communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to record information accurately on worksheets and computer-based systems. Experience of working as part of a team in a customer focused environment with an understanding of health, safety and statutory building compliance would be beneficial. You will be flexible in your approach to your work and working hours.
