Improvement Priorities 2024/25
1. To develop further the LIPA curriculum so that it is sequenced and taught well to ensure that pupils know more and remember more.
2. To establish an approach to formative assessment that supports teachers to identify and rectify pupils' misconceptions swiftly.
3. To secure a consistently high level of positive behaviour throughout the entire school.
4. To ensure that pupils' feel safe, valued, respected and supported at school.
5. To adopt a fair & transparent approach to managing staff workload.
6. To ensure effective systems are in place for quality assurance stakeholder feedback.
7. To raise levels of attendance in line with national expectations.
